At P. Louise Cosmetics, we want you to be obsessed with your kit, but we understand that sometimes a product isn't the perfect match. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 14 days to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization Number.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your products to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
